No matter what fire and rescue gear you purchase, we will be here to meet your changing needs. FYR-TEK is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the firefighting industry by keeping up to date on the latest trends and fire and rescue products available. This means that we have the capability to educate your department on new fire, emergency, and rescue equipment. We welcome the opportunity to share our knowledge with you at your convenience, so we can perform this service at our location or yours!

Payment Methods

For existing customers, payment is due within 30 days. If you are a new customer, we accept most major credit cards and payment is due upon delivery. 

Shipping Policy

We ship our products in the most cost efficient manner. Any returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns accepted up to 30 days after purchase date. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all special order returns and on some exchanges, plus shipping.  

Guarantees

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Any fire and rescue equipment that is sold by FYR-TEK is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Components for trucks manufactured by FYR-TEK include the manufacturer warranty and FYR-TEK also warranties the workmanship for one year from the time of purchase. Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed for all of the services and maintenance that we provide.
